516 has been invited to provide a presentation explaining the mission and impact of 516 Project and specifically Servings of Hope. What better way to explain our heart than with a delicious meal and a presentation.
For this project we will need one group of volunteers to assist in preparing meals, packing tables/chairs etc for the event. This team will be 12pm-4pm.
After preparing, we will have another group help set up at the Community Foundation offices in Fredericksburg, serve food/ice cream, and tear down and pack up. 5pm-8pm (ish)
