24 Hour Workout to Support Handicap Access

We’re excited to announce our upcoming partnership with Kelly Shores and Crossfit 12 Gauge. On May 28 to May 29th Kelly will be working out for 24 hours straight! She is preparing for the 2023 Summer Death Race. But Kelly didn’t want to just workout for 24 hours, she wanted to use that pain and suffering for something amazing. So, she is asking people to sponsor the day and also to come work out with her and help raise money for 516 Project. Through this event her goal is to raise $5,000 to put toward handicap access wheelchair ramps and bathrooms for those in need in our community!

You can contribute to Kelly’s goal in several ways. Make donation by CLICKING HERE to donate securily through out website. Or, you can join in the work out by dropping in and workout alongside Kelly. Suggested donation of $20 for drop in workout. We’ll have workouts for all fitness levels. You can also sponsor an hour of the event for a suggested donation of $125 and your business or organization will be promoted.

Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those with disabilities and ensure that they have safe access to their home!

Please help support Kelly reach her goal and create a more accessible world for people with disabilities. Mark your calendar and join us on May 28-29 at Crosfit 12 Gauge located at 11050 Pierson Dr #101, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
