Mrs. Gilbert’s new ramp

Mr. Gilbert was recently sent home on hospice care, and was very concerned about his wife having trouble being able to take care of basic needs once he’s gone, due to her mobility issues.

Mr Gilbert’s caregiver knew who could help, and reached out to 516 Project Ministry. Ryan and Tim were able to remove the old stairs and install a brand new ramp. Now Mrs. Gilbert has safe access to get in and out of their home.

A huge thank you to Brooke Miller of Brooke Miller Real Estate, LLC who donated this ramp, and a huge thank you to the team that installed it for Mr. Gilbert and his wife! We couldn’t do what we do for our community without you.

If you’re interested in helping serve in the community, or are an individual, business, or organization that would like to make a donation to help people like Mr. Gilbert and his wife, check out our website or send us a message
