Our volunteer staff has an opening for Warehouse Manager. This is a part time volunteer position at our warehouse in Fredericksburg, Va. Here’s a little about the position and the person we are looking for:
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
- Strong skill and knowledge of organization and logistics
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, construction and renovation
- Self-motivated, hardworking individual with a great positive attitude and work ethic and ability to work independently
The warehouse manager duties include (but not limited to):
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of warehouse space
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tools and equipment
- Inspect tools and equipment for safety and maintenance needed
- Prepare tool kits and materials for volunteer teams
