Big Announcement – Disaster Response

I’m incredibly excited about the work God has been doing already in 2021. We are seeing opportunities to share Jesus’ love that we didn’t imagine possible a year ago. As you may have heard, we have a big announcement. A door is opening for us to serve in disaster relief!
Already this year there have been dozens of confirmed tornadoes in the southeastern US. 100’s of families’ lives have been devastated because of them. We are preparing to respond when these storms hit, to share the love of Jesus with families when they need it most. To help them restore their lives both physically and spiritually.
Our disaster response team will consist of volunteers that are trained to tarp roofs and remove debris. Cut dangerous trees that have fallen or sustained damage. Most importantly, to share the love of Jesus with families whose world was turned upside down in an instant.
We want you to be part of our team. In 1 Peter 4:10, Peter tells us to use the gifts God has given us to minister to one another. 516 Project tries to live out this calling with each project we take on. We would be honored to partner with you through volunteering, training and financial support to make this team a reality. So that when storms strike, families will see the church in action and glorify God’s name.
I’m so excited for you to join us to PRAY. VOLUNTEER. DONATE.  Let’s go Build Access to Hope!
